Insurance & Payment

Harbor Mental Health is currently in network with Optum/United, and we are pending acceptance by Anthem/Carelon, Cigna/Evernorth, Aetna, and Harvard Pilgrim in New Hampshire.

If you have another Blue Cross plan and live in NH we will most likely be in network.

The client must physically be in New Hampshire or Massachusetts to receive virtual care.

​

It is recommended to check with your insurer to make sure we are covered by your specific plan.  You may also have out of network coverage that will reimburse a specific amount per visit.

​

For out of network reimbursement, we will submit to your insurer and send the balance to you if you desire or we can furnish a superbill to you to send to your insurer or use for your HSA/FSA.

Self-pay arrangements are also welcome.
