Insurance & Payment

Harbor Mental Health is currently in network with Optum/United, Harvard Pilgrim, Aetna, and Cigna/Evernorth in New Hampshire.

We are currently not in network with Anthem Blue Cross/Carelon, Medicare, or Medicaid.

The client must physically be in New Hampshire or Massachusetts to receive virtual care.

​

It is recommended to check with your insurer to make sure we are covered by your specific plan.  You may also have out of network coverage that will reimburse a specific amount per visit.

​

For out of network reimbursement, we will submit to your insurer and send the balance to you if you desire or we can furnish a superbill to you to send to your insurer or use for your HSA/FSA.

Self-pay arrangements are also welcome.
